Sentinel Integrated Rail Light
The Sentinel Integrated Rail Light™ (IRL), is a self-contained hand rail/stairway lighting solution. The IRL is designed for use in architectural and design applications where a stand alone hand rail is required together with the safe lighting of ramps or stairs.
The IRL 3600 is designed to seamlessly incorporate Tempo Sentinel Biinary™ LED illumination modules with a fabricated, 1-1/2" diameter structural aluminum hand rail as a complete self-contained hand rail/lighting solution.
The IRL 3600 Series consists of a formed aluminum hand rail and two additional parallel rail members. The height and position of the top two rails is dictated by ADA specifications while the third rail contains the Biinary LED lighting modules. The height of the third rail is positioned for optimum light distribution. This design feature provides safe, code compliant lighting levels while minimizing distraction and glare to occupants seated in an auditorium.
The IRL 3600 features Tempo's Biinary™ LED technology to offer single-sided or two-sided lighting configurations for side and center rail applications. The IRL creates the proper light distribution combined with code specified light levels to provide a unique combination of safety and high quality color fidelity for improved vision, aesthetics and safe navigation. The Tempo Sentinel Integrated Rail Light system is ADA compliant and ETL listed.
